This white-glazed porcelain plate with the green dragon and cloud design has a regular shape and looks dignified and graceful. The plate has a pure white, smooth body and is coated with thin and transparent glaze. The interior bottom and exterior wall of the plate are decorated with the green dragon and cloud design. A circle of bowstring pattern is painted near the mouth rim on the interior and exterior walls of the plate, on the exterior wall of the ring foot, and around the interior bottom. Inside the double blue circles at the exterior bottom, the seal “Made in the Zhengde Period of the Ming Dynasty” is written in blue in regular script. This plate is a masterpiece from Official Kilns during the Zhende period of the Ming Dynasty.
